How our pricing works

Our rates are based on the number of hours you want to DANCE!

When comparing live bands and rates make sure to check if

the quote is for total time on site, or for dancing hours only

and how many musicians are in the band. 

Due to popular demand, we are offering PopStyle in a number of formats, but the original and (we may be biased) best format is our 9-piece with rhythm section, vocalists and horns. If you are looking for something smaller, we have PopStyle Lite, PopStyle Mini, but if you want to go all out, check out PopStyle PREMIUM! See below for more information on each group and rates!

We offer rates for 2 hours, 2.5 hours and 3 hours of dancing

with either the 8-piece or 9-piece band. 

Each of these options include set up, tear down

 and complimentary recorded music for cocktails and dinner.

This means the total time we are on site is usually 9-12 hours. 

We also include:

  • Lighting for the band

  • Wireless mics for speeches (some restrictions apply)

  • MC services

  • Recorded music during band breaks

  • Recorded special dances

  • Professional (concert venue grade) sound equipment

  • Sound engineer 

  •  Recorded Music during cocktails and dinner

  • Set up/Tear down

  • All communication and planning leading up to the wedding

  • Day of coordinator specifically for the music

Band Formats and Rates


Live Jazz Trio $150
This is our most popular add-on. While we include recorded music during cocktail hour for free, many prefer the sound of a live Jazz Trio playing popular tunes from Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Michael Buble and many more.

Extra musicians $ TBD
If you've watched all of our videos, you'll see that sometimes we go ALL OUT with additional vocalists, horn players, extra lights, etc. In general, an additional set of vocalists will add $1000 to the total, but email us for more information. 
Recorded music to end the night: $100/hour
This option is popular for that extra hour or two after the band has finished but the party is still going OR if you want a live band but want to be mindful of the budget.

If you can't decide between a Live Band and a DJ, we've partnered with ENCORE EVENTS from time to time to offer the best of both worlds. This option is subject to availability and Encore Events rates.

This is not a standard add-on and is only considered under certain circumstances.
